Moore's Marinade Stew |
MOORE'S MARINADE STEW with ALAGA HOT SAUCE! This yummy, easy to fix stew is perfect for a spring outing and good for you too with its large dose of Alabama farmers market vegetables. But we can't forget the secret weapon to its arousing flavor…the MOORE'S ORIGINAL MARINADE topped with Alaga Hot Sauce! | 1 ½ c. Moore's Marinade 2-3 lbs. roast 4 large potatoes 8 carrots 2 onions 10 mushrooms | 1 large can stewed tomatoes 2 c. vegetable bouillon 2 c. all purpose flour salt and pepper vegetable oil 4 tomatoes | Cube meat of choice into 1 inch chunks. Thoroughly coat meat with flour and salt and pepper. Brown meat in vegetable oil. Set aside. Cut potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes into bite sized pieces. Place meat and vegetables into crock-pot. Pour bouillon and Moore's marinade over combined ingredients. Cover and heat on high for two hours. Then turn to low and simmer for four more hours.
